Progress is the mother of our existence. Without progress we are anonym. A static entity. An entity without purpose. As humanity understood this fact from the beginning of the creation. Man started to dig, to observe and to seek for truth. The anatomy of human impose itself as a fact that we are a dynamic entity. Our living needs force us to seek for solution. We can’t stay along the day without moving. At least, we should feed that stomach .In the beginning, it was few needs that push human to move. But the satisfaction of those needs requested a bigger efforts due to the lack of means. As civilizations grows, we found solution to satisfy our needs. As human can't stay static, It was compulsory that we find a way to stay at that dynamic level. So we started to create new needs. Human is not satisfied by only satisfying his needs .he started to seek for comfort, a less efforts for a bigger benefits. Science was the key to satisfy that purpose. A portion of humanity started to seek knowledge to improve existence means. As we arrive to the era of higher technology, human entered the zone of full comfort. This comfort made humanity spiritually static. We entered into a closed cycle. Working, sleeping and playing is the motor of daily life. This routine created a stress life. We became busy to do and satisfy our physical needs and we forgot the source of the existence of that physical body.

 Our connection to the source became disturbed. The source of the creation that we get our energy to move, to stay alive, to face difficulties, to maintain hope. Empty bodies that’s the trend of today. A perfect body and a perfect financial situation that’s the goal of human existence today. We seek for perfection from unperfect things. Creation are unperfect .They will remain like that. That’s what humanity failed to understand. We can’t attain our perfect state from dusty degradable things. As hope never perish in humanity. Some wise human being understood that. They started to think of a way to get energy from a perfect source. As seeking for that source, they deduce that this creation didn’t come from none. There must be a source that makes things get in motion. They discovered the existence of a creator that has the almighty power and energy to control creation in a perfect way. They asked the question. How can we connect to this Almighty source? They started to reserve moments of their daily life to find a way to connect to the source. The connection to a higher being was a necessity to get inner energy. As revelation from the Almighty was sent to these truly seekers. Prayer was the solution to connect to the source. Taking a few moment from the daily life to connect to the creator is way to forget the stress life. It is a way to charge inner battery and to purify that mind full of problems. Prayer is the evasion.it is the connection to eternal life through divinity. As entering into that stress life, human understood that power is gained by affording all physical means. There must be a way to main balance between inner and outer side. Some people ask how I can pray.

The main rule of a beneficial communication is respect. To ask something from someone and to get a result .

There must be respect and recognition of goods of the communicated to us. The first thing to do in prayer that we should recognize that the communicated one is perfect and has no weaknesses. Furthermore, one of the pillar of prayer is to thank the creator for all the gift that he has given us. Human is weak. A tiny thing can destroy the life of a human. At least we take example the lack of oxygen or water. Through Thanking we assure a respectful communication with the creator. So we can begin to ask. Asking for benefits is one of the most important thing in prayer. After recognizing that the communicated one is perfect and thank him, you can ask for everything you want. He is the source of everything. Another important thing, is asking for forgiveness because we make faults and these faults are disrespectful to the creator.

So to keep our inner energy , it is compulsory to reserve time for connection to the creator who is source of all benefits .
